most valuable reflow soldering furnace on the market, provides
customers with more economical and practical design.
HELLER1913MarkIII 13-temperature zone reflow soldering with chain
speed up to 1.4m/min with minimum Delta T and optimum
repeatability, in line with high speed mounter production line and
high yield production requirements.
Maximum output capacity and strict process control
● the most effective heat transfer results from high-capacity,
high-wind heating modules, whose reactivity speed of less than 1
second and temperature control accuracy of less than 0.1 degree
Celsius produce the most effective heat transfer, thus ensuring the
integrity of the temperature curve during heavy loads
● wide process window to adapt to a variety of curve requirements -
a variety of different products can use the same temperature
setting
● advanced 5-channel thermocouple temperature curve making and
process parameter recording ability, storing more than 500 programs
and 500 temperature curves.
Equipped with a high-capacity 26-inch wide heater module, the 1913
Mark III system rewelder is extremely flexible for different
products. The maximum overboard size can be up to 20 inches and
comes with both EHC and mesh straps.
